Mpomega Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mpomega ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the mpomega platform, including the website and mobile app.

MPOmega is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, fish shooting games, and sports betting. All services are subject to the Terms stated here, as well as category-specific policies applicable to each game type.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and mpomega.

MPOmega is not responsible if a user provides inaccurate information regarding their age or eligibility status. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements to use the platform under applicable local laws.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on MPOmega. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and withdrawal processing purposes.

• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact MPOmega customer support immediately.
• MPOmega will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your login credentials by another party.

MPOmega supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, e-wallets, and online banking. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels with full encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 unless stated otherwise for specific promotions.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• MPOmega does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00 per transaction.
• The first withdrawal requires successful KYC verification — a valid identification document must be submitted and verified.
• After KYC is verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless specifically approved by MPOmega.

MPOmega offers various bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and limits stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome deposit bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Each bonus has a rollover requirement ranging from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type — check the promotions page for exact details.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may not exceed 90% of the maximum wagering limit for the relevant game.
• MPOmega reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being misused or obtained through illegitimate means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or used simultaneously with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.

MPOmega reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. MPOmega's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

All games available on MPOmega use software from licensed game providers that have undergone independent testing by international certification bodies. The Random Number Generators (RNG) used have been certified to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

• All game results are final once a round is completed and no disputes will be accepted thereafter.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, MPOmega will review server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Bets placed during a known system outage may be voided and the amount returned to the account balance.
• For sports betting, match results determined by the relevant sports authority are final.

MPOmega reserves the right to void any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, software bug exploitation, or other unauthorized methods. In such cases, associated winnings will not be paid out.

The following activities are prohibited on the MPOmega platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and appropriate legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or using false information.
• Multiple accounts: Owning or operating more than one MPOmega account, directly or indirectly.
• Money laundering: Using MPOmega for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• System exploitation: Exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or place bets.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Promotion abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by MPOmega.

MPOmega reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user violates any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud has been detected.
• User fails to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for 12 months or more (dormant account).

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded upon proper identity verification, subject to any outstanding bonus obligations.

For users who wish to take a temporary break, mpomega provides a temporary account suspension option via the Responsible Gaming page.

MPOmega provides this service "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, timeliness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

MPOmega will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting activity — use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, third-party server outages, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Any financial decisions made based on information found on the MPOmega platform.

MPOmega reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a different notice period is specified.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
